B2B sales teams
A power dialer for B2B sales development teams
Sales development reps need a moment of context before each call and a clean record after it. NitroDialer gives them preview dialing from your CRM's own list views, logs every call to the record, and shows managers which reps are reaching decision-makers.

What gets in the way
Calls without context
A cold call to a VP needs the account, title and last touch in front of the rep. Pure auto-dialing skips that moment.
Activity that never reaches the CRM
Reps forget to log calls, so pipeline reviews run on guesses and forecasting suffers.
Dial counts hide the real story
Two reps with the same dials can have very different conversations. Leaders need to see pickups and talk time, not just activity.
How NitroDialer fits
- Preview with an auto-dial timerThe record opens first; the rep reads it and calls, or the call starts automatically after a set number of seconds.
- Activity logged on the recordThe outcome, notes and a call activity are written to the contact or lead in your CRM after every call.
- Coach on conversationsPickup rate, conversations over 60 seconds and time-in-state per rep, compared with the team median.
- Dialing mode
- Preview, auto-dial after 20 seconds
- Attempts
- 4 in total, 1 per day
- Call type
- Business — national list checks off (on in the UK), hours and internal DNC still on
- Sources
- Salesforce list views or HubSpot lists by territory

How it worksQuestions
Are calls to businesses exempt from the national do-not-call list?
In the US and Canada, generally yes: the national lists cover consumers, not business lines. Mark the campaign as business calls and NitroDialer skips the national list check while keeping calling hours and your internal do-not-call list. In the UK, businesses can register on the CTPS, so the check stays on there.
Can reps skip a record before dialing?
In preview mode, yes. A skipped record goes back in the queue and comes round again an hour later, without counting as a call attempt.
