Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your organization and NitroDialer for use of the NitroDialer service.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for complying with telemarketing, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to your calls, including registering with and subscribing to national do-not-call lists (such as the US National Do Not Call Registry, Canada's National DNCL, the UK TPS and CTPS, or Australia's Do Not Call Register) where required.
- You must have the right to contact the people you load into NitroDialer.
- You keep your Dialpad and CRM accounts in good standing; calling charges are billed by Dialpad.
The service
NitroDialer's compliance features help you follow the rules but don't replace legal advice or your own compliance program.

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
